SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $2,000 is taken from the Lessee’s credit card 60 days prior to the arrival date. Upon departure, the property will be inspected, and once verified there are no damages to the property and its contents and no loss of items, the security deposit will be released back to the Lessee’s credit card 3 days after the departure date. Please report any damages or loss immediately. If not, it will be assumed that damages and/or loss were caused by you and you will be charged accordingly. It is also expected that the lessee leaves the premises in good condition and relatively clean. Failure to do so may incur extra cleaning charges that will be charged on your credit card after departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event Lessee cancels sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of said term of lease, the deposit amount is fully refundable minus applicable banking fees. If Lessee cancels less than sixty (60) days prior to commencement of said term of lease, the rental amount is forfeited.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing via email and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below.
• More than 60 days before arrival date = 0% of the booking price.
• Less than 60 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
INSURANCE:
The purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations is recommended. Lessee is encouraged to give consideration to the purchase of travel insurance as there are circumstances that can cause renters to cancel or interrupt their stay thereby forfeiting any non-refundable pre-payments or payments made for their trip.
